Job Duties Include:
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable all technicians working on the jobsite
- Take full ownership of all assigned jobsites, working with the PM, client, and technicians to ensure proper and complete execution of our scope of work
- Understand the project scope and objectives, establish a task list with order of operations, and predict and mitigate potential issues
- Delegate job tasks to technicians to reduce redundant work, minimize mistakes, and ensure timely job completion
- Inspect all work and ensure compliance with local code and company quality standards
- Train technicians in all aspects of the industry and the role, ensuring they are well equipped to execute what is asked of them
- Mentor technicians by exemplifying company values, modeling great communication, and upholding a high standard of accountability
- Document site conditions and job status and communicate back to the project manager and other stakeholders
- Ensure all jobs are done right, the first time
Job Requirements
General:
- 06 or 02 electrical journeyman’s license
- Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must have a means of commute
- Algebra level math, to calculate loads, track wire usage, etc.
- Ability to consistently communicate key project info
- Ability to track material usage and document project progress
- Reading and translating floor plan, elevation, and other plans, drawings and documentation
Industry:
- Knowledgeable about commercial and residential low voltage systems and wiring techniques
- Building, wiring, and installing equipment racks
- Wire networking systems, pre-wire, and retrofit wiring
- Smart home technology, security, audio equipment, shading, and installing video walls, projection systems and TVs
- Installing and testing networking and Wi-Fi systems, control systems, lighting systems, A/V systems, security systems, etc.
- Knowledge of residential systems integration including audio/video, lighting, shades, climate control, security, CCTV, telephone, and computer networks
Soft Skills:
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to notice minute changes/differences

- Ability to work well with others
Bonus Points For:
- Admin 06 or 02 Washington Electrical License.
- Knowledge of construction techniques and wiring methods for new and existing construction
- Knowledge of or certification with Crestron, Lutron, Control4, OvrC, etc.
