Project Manager

Job Description

One-Touch Automation is looking for a project manager. Candidates should be extremely meticulous with excellent communication skills. Experience with AV and Construction projects is preferred, but general project management experience will be considered. In order to supervise personnel and processes related to installation, construction, and scheduling of both residential and commercial AV projects, the candidate should have the ability to multi-task on several constantly changing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Schedule personnel and activities on multiple project sites
• Collaborate with team members, suppliers, and contractors to coordinate schedules, manage installations, and abide by the contractual scope of work
• Site Surveys to confirm scope of work, equipment locations, cabling and structural requirements, etc.
• Regularly visit job sites to interact with customers and contractors while ensuring quality assurance
• Facilitate project kick-off meetings with sales, design, and installation
• Ensure the company delivers quality work on time and within budget
• Coordinating internal engineering, installation and service teams to meet project demands.
• Provide reports of job site progress to all involved parties
