Job Description
Front Row Audio Video is looking for a reliable and detail oriented person to fill the roll of ‘Office Support’
Basic Job Duties:
- Receiving shipments (includes standard UPS/FedEx, as well as occasional freight drops for larger equipment)
- Prepping and delivering any shipping items, as needed
- Office organization and working with other office staff and technicians to maintain a clean and organized office area
- Organizing and maintaining project pick-lists and inventory
- Attend to and distribute incoming phone calls and general mailbox emails and inquiries
- Greet and attend to any walk-in customers
- May be asked, with direction, to bench test basic equipment for functionality or run updates on soon-to-be deployed equipment
- May be asked to help with on-site wiring or other basic tasks if extra workers are needed
- May be asked to deliver last-minute or supplemental parts to jobsites
Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from office location.
- Reliability and Punctuality are key requirements for this position
- Proactive verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to proactively implement and/or maintain organization
