Job Description
- Program and troubleshoot newly installed Smart Home systems, primarily Savant with some Crestron.
- Test systems for efficacy and prepare for client deployment
- Perform Service calls for existing clients who are experiencing issues
- Track service call outcomes in Zendesk
- Periodic weekend coverage of emergency line (paid)
- Some install of hardware and termination and landing of wires
- Networking experience STRONGLY preferred.
Job Requirements
- The successful candidate will have at least two years of relevant programming experience with Savant or the equivalent.
- Clean appearance and good client-communication skills
- Strong organization skills with a proven record of attention to detail
- Data network experience
- Understand signal flow and have the ability to read plans and wiring diagrams
- Ability to terminate low-voltage cables
- Some installation of smart-home hardware and landing of wires per plans
