As a project manager your duties will include:
- Collaborate with team members, suppliers and contractors to coordinate schedules, inventory, material and project correspondence (orders, timesheets, etc.)
- Provide support with project deliverables throughout all phases of construction, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Scheduling technicians on multiple installations
- Regularly visit assigned job sites, interacting with customers and other trades
- Responsible for all business aspects of the project, including financial, customer relationship and contracted scope of work
- Coordinate internal resources and manage customer relationships for successful project execution
- Ensure the organization delivers quality products on time and within budget
- Set field teams up for success by ensuring all labor and material management needs are met
- Schedule and coordinate quarterly maintenance and troubleshooting issues
- Facilitate and track various software fixes and equipment repairs as needed
- Maintain inventory of all AV equipment as well as change logs and maintenance logs
- Track new equipment warranties, manuals and services documentation
- Maintain equipment inventory for replacement, repair and maintenance, as necessary
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with various vendors, contractors, and other parties involved with home automation and AV systems on a regular basis
- Attend meetings during construction coordination, conduct quality assurance inspections throughout the build process and perform final inspection prior to acceptance
- Reconcile monthly expenses and organize receipts

- Ability to crouch, kneel and work in confined areas for extended periods (attics, crawl spaces, etc.)
- Read and understand technical specifications, blueprints, schematics and wiring programs

- Some knowledge of construction rules and codes related to AV and low-voltage systems
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, Google Slides, etc
- Keep accurate records of receipts, job changes, equipment used
- Detail-oriented professional with the ability to quickly solve problems, who loves new challenges and is seeking a defined career path
- Excellent communicator and problem solver with a drive for results who wants to be in a client-facing and highly visible role
- Ability to perform calculations, analyze reports + engage in strategic and creative problem solving
- Ability to adapt and move in an extremely fast paced environment, which requires a high energy, self-motivated individual with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts
- Must be honest, a hard worker and able to see the big picture in gaining clients for life
